Miss R participated in my last boudoir marathon. I’m glad she did. She was so easy to shoot and quickly became a natural in front of the camera. Miss R kept her wardrobe simple and let her beauty do the talking. Thank you Miss R for an awesome session!!

March 18, 2010I had the privilege of being invited to go along with Miss N to get her head shaved. Miss N was diagnosed with breast cancer and wanted to take charge in her fight. She will begin chemo soon and decided to help raise funds for children’s cancer research and shave her head for the local St. Baldrick’s Foundation fundraiser. Miss N and her husband, “Team Pink”, were the top fundraisers for the evening. If you would like to know more about Miss N and her journey check out her Facebook Fan Page.

February 11, 2010Kim Kravitz Photography is excited to announce a partnership with Think Pink Photography. Think Pink Photography was founded in October 2007 to support individuals and their families who have been touched by breast cancer. We are a charitable organization that serves two main purposes – celebrating life and supporting the cause.
Through our professional photographer network, we are helping breast cancer patients to celebrate life with charitable photography sessions. Individuals may choose to document their fight against the disease before or during treatment, or prefer to capture their victory by scheduling a session within 12 months after treatment is completed. Photographers world-wide are now available to donate time and talent to celebrate life and support the cause. There is no cost or obligation to the breast cancer patient. Clients participating in a Think Pink Session will receive a complimentary photo session, as well as a set of 10 4×6 prints from the session, and 10 watermarked web images for social networking sites. They will also receive a 15% discount on any additional portraits they wish to purchase, although there is absolutely no purchase required at any time.
To support the cause, we have partnered with The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. All funds generated through donations and various fundraising efforts are paid directly to The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. As a 3-time breast cancer survivor, Danielle Beverly and her husband Eric joined together to form a foundation dedicated to promoting education, increasing awareness, and providing support and resources for families who have been touched by breast cancer.
Please subscribe to our blog (on the Think Pink website) and tell your friends and family about Think Pink Photography. Awareness is everything and we can’t be successful without you.
I encourage you to view our website, make a donation, or hire a photographer that supports Think Pink Photography! If you hire me, mention Think Pink and I will make a personal donation to the organization. If you, or someone you know, would like to schedule a Think Pink session, please contact me for details.
I am very proud to be a network photographer with Think Pink Photography, and am anxious to get the word out about this amazing program. For more information, you can contact me, or you can visit the Think Pink Photography website at:

January 29, 2010When preparing for your session it is important not to forget about the shoes. I love shoes! This first pair of heels is sassy, sexy, and would go great with a pin-up look. Another thing I like about this particular pair, is they are not too over the top so you could still throw these on with a pair of jeans and wear them with your every day outfit. You can find them here.
These red strappy shoes are just pain HOT! I am definitely a fan these. You can find them here.

January 23, 2010It’s 1:15 am and I should really be in bed. Well, I am in bed, but I should be sleeping. Instead, I just got done proofing my latest boudoir session and decided to visit my “normal” spots on the net before I called it a night. I was browsing through a blog I sometimes read and came across this link, http://www.makeupgeek.com. I just couldn’t wait till next Friday to come post this! I highly suggest you take a peek and look around the site. I understand that not everyone can hire someone to do their make-up for them on session day, so hopefully you will find some useful tips and tutorials! Enjoy!

January 21, 2010I love Victoria Secret! They are softer and have more “every day” lingerie than other places.
I like this little number. Living in Kansas for most of my life and being from the south, it has that southern feel that I just love. It’s cute, sassy, would look great on camera, and best of all, it’s on SALE!!!! You can find it here.
Looking for something themed for your session? Check out this number! I love the dots and the vintage feel it has. You could totally pull this off for a vintage, pin up shoot. You can find it here.
Still not ready for Valentine’s Day yet? Check out this cute little number. I absolutely love the corset and it’s not too “over the top.” You can find it here.
Wanting something more “every day” that could still work for your session? Check out these comfy pj’s! These are warm, cute, and can still be sexy and sassy for your session. You can find them here.

January 17, 2010Fashion Friday with Fredrick's
January 15, 2010I absolutely LOVE Fredrick’s of Hollywood. I really like that they have a variety of lingerie for all shapes, sizes, and occasions.
This little number is great for woman who look like super models and for those you look like normal every day women. For me personally, I hate my love handles. No matter how long I beat myself up at the gym they just are not going away fast enough. With this outfit I can still look sexy for my husband while covering up an area of my body that I am not totally crazy about. You can find it here.
Are you ready for Valentine’s Day yet? I like this number because it’s not too “over the top,” but fits in with the theme of the day. You can find it here.
