A non-refundable deposit of your total session retainer (and travel fees if applicable) is required to book your session date. If you give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, the deposit will be applied to re-book within 4 weeks. All weather-related cancellations will automatically be rebooked.
1 to 2 weeks before you session we will meet for a consultation. Consultations are pretty painless. We’ll go over the location, wardrobe, schedule your viewing appointment, etc. Most consultations take around 30 minutes. Your viewing session is the time to view and order your images. Because most family and friends are not local, an on-line, password protected viewing gallery can be created after your order has been placed to allow them to view and/or order any images from your session. This gallery will be live for one week only. Additional time can be added for $25.00 per 3 days.
Print and product orders will be processed after full payment has been received, and take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to arrive to your CMR. Specialty items, such as albums, may take longer.
Returning clients receive 10% off of their session retainer (may not be used with any other promotion or specials).
Locations further than 50 km (round trip) from zip code 69226 will incur travel charges. You can view travel fees in the pricing guide.
I accept payment by cash, check, or any major credit card. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks. Any order paid for with a personal check will be held for 2 additional weeks.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but will be locked in after booking for 30 days following your session. Any orders placed after this time period will be at the current pricing.
